Let's just say he's already ridden in a car alone with an older woman! Our little cul-de-sac is a fun place for all the kids to play. They can ride their bikes in the street (in Dylan's case, a tricycle) and not worry about traffic since it's such a small little road (just 5 houses). A couple weeks ago, a neighbor put together a "welcome to the cul-de-sac" party for us and our new Maine neighbors who moved here not long ago. It was a fun time and we got to know some of the folks we see on a regular basis. This little girl gave Dylan the ride of his life (so far) in her hot Barbie car. He had a blast!
Dylan has so much fun with animals. He loves especially loves dogs. A good friend of Jon's from Lehigh has a sister who lives in the Richmond area. During a visit to their house, Dylan fell in love with their dog, a beautiful golden retriever. Unfortunately, my allergies got the best of me during this visit. I wish I wasn't so allergic to dogs (with goldens being among the worst for me) because I really do like them a lot. I just can't touch them...or else!

What a great picture! Glad he is a dog lover (like me) at a young age.
I am badly allergic to goldens as well - but not labs - go figure.
